1. About the Service

ContentDisciple ("the Service") is a digital resource library operated by Noble Media Network, providing photos, backgrounds, icons, illustrations, word art, and instrumental music tracks to active members of the Content Disciple tier on Patreon.

The Service is intended for Christian creators, ministries, churches, and faith-based organizations. Access requires an active Patreon membership at the designated tier.

2. Eligibility & Account

To access ContentDisciple resources, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent
• Maintain an active Content Disciple tier membership on Patreon
• Provide accurate information when connecting your Patreon account
• Use the Service only for yourself — accounts are non-transferable

Noble Media Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.

3. License & Permitted Use

Upon active membership, ContentDisciple grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the assets in the library for ministry and creative purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in our License & Usage page.

This license does not grant you ownership of any asset. All intellectual property rights remain with Noble Media Network or the respective original rights holders.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account access or downloaded files with non-members
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute assets through any channel
• Use assets in ways that conflict with Christian values or promote harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the ContentDisciple platform or asset library
• Use assets in AI training datasets or generative AI pipelines
• Misrepresent the source or ownership of any asset
• Circumvent any access controls or technical protection measures

5. Membership & Payments

ContentDisciple memberships are managed through Patreon. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled by Patreon in accordance with their terms of service. Noble Media Network does not store your payment information.

If your membership lapses, you will lose access to download new resources. Assets already downloaded during an active membership period remain available for continued use under the license terms.

Refund requests should be directed to Patreon directly, as they process all payments.

6. Content & Library Changes

Noble Media Network reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any resource from the ContentDisciple library at any time. We aim to grow the library regularly, but cannot guarantee the continued availability of any specific asset.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all assets are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Noble Media Network does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Media Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any asset, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

Noble Media Network may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the bottom of this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noble Media Network operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
